We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance. For groups of 10 or more, weddings, retreats or corporate events, 5–7 days is preferred so Chef Kocho can plan the menu and source the best local ingredients.

Yes. Menus can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary needs or allergies. Please include all restrictions in your booking request so the menu can be planned with care.
